Matchsaver deliver pitch protection to Sport Ljubljana, Slovenia

Located in Ljubljana and opened in 2010, Stožice Stadium is a modern multi-use stadium with a capacity of 16,000. The stadium is Slovenia’s biggest and is home to both Olimpija Ljubljana football club and the Slovenian national side.

The stadium is managed and run by Sport Ljubljana who were keen to improve the stadium’s pitch protection assets.

After detailed discussions Sport Ljubljana ordered a set of 7 waterproof air roller covers shortly after Christmas 2023 which were swiftly despatched to Slovenia.

Delivered assembled Matchsaver Air Roller Covers are deployed side-line to side-line across the Stožice Stadiums pitch helping to protect it from rain, frost, and snow.

The Air Roller Covers are stored away on their own storage pallets when not required.
